I’m Heather Thomson—a PCC-certified coach through the International Coaching Federation (ICF), an executive leadership coach, and a trained systemic team coach. With nearly three decades of experience in education and leadership, I help leaders and teams build confidence, deepen collaboration, and create fearless cultures where trust and innovation can thrive.
